Bandit Reward
Quests from: Vallis Anton / Commander Tann (depending on whether you have already completed safer journeys, 6 on the map of Fort Lock), Lisa (9 on the map of Fort Lock), Tor Millows (8 on the map of Fort Lock).
The above three missions are so closely related to each other that it's best to complete them all at once.
Bandit Camp
First, defeat all the bandits around. They all attack you only if you get close enough to them, so don't mindlessly go around and destroy them group by group. When you manage to kill them all, go to the prison pen and talk to the prisoners. A few more bandits will appear around, engage them in battle and prevent the prisoners from getting hurt. Take the prisoners out of the camp, then return and enter the building.
Bandit's lair
Go ahead, steadily destroying the groups of bandits ahead. The Holy Symbol of Thor can be found in the chest along the way.
When you get to the chief's room, you can make a pact between him and Fort Lock, or just fight and kill him. The latter pays off better, as you can remove some cool gear from his body. It is good to position your group at the door so that the enemies attack you one by one. Also check out the leader's private room for additional equipment.
When the battle is over, take a look around and return to Fort Lock. Talk to all three quest givers and collect the rewards. If you have completed all the missions in the fort, you can now transfer to Highcliffe.

On your way to Highcliffe, you are attacked by a group of monsters again. An elf named Elani will help you with this. Talk to her when you're done and let her join your party. She will guide you to Highcliffe through a sacred druid sanctuary called Maiden's Glade.
You will be attacked by a group of wolves. A conversation will begin between the members of your group, and you will need to choose whether to support Elani (charm animals) or Helgar and Nishka (kill them). A little further on, you will have to fight a few more enemies, and then settle the dispute between Nishka and Ilani again - go straight to Highcliffe or check out the large clearing ahead. If you choose the second one, you will have to fight a big bear. Either way, you'll end up in Highcliffe.

It turns out that no ship can leave the port, as Lizardfolk sabotage everything that sails from there. Come upstairs.
